Animal owners agree to release Coastal Canines Teeth Cleaning Inc. doing business as Coastal Canines Dental, its service employees, and employees and the owner, harmless from any and all claims. This includes the hosting teeth cleaning location and all of their employees and store owner(s). By electronically signing this waiver you are also giving us permission to use your pet's picture on our website, social media and in print, unless otherwise specified.
